b. Lucid Retail Solutions Limited, company number 08231394, are partners of BetterRetailing Marketplace and engaged with stock management, distribution, customer service and supplier commercials.
c. If you place orders and therefore purchase items on betterretailing.com or via other methods, you agree to being legally bound to these Terms & Conditions.
d. Orders accepted by us are subject to these Terms & Conditions at the exclusion of your Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
a. Orders placed with BetterRetailing Marketplace, via the website or other means are final.
b. You are placing all orders on a Firm Sale basis.
c. In the event of incorrect or a change of pricing we will contact you to correct the order.
d. Orders placed with BetterRetailing Marketplace will be delivered within a timely period.
e. We will aim to deliver Pre-orders or products with restricted sales dates as close to the release date as possible.
3. Delivery & Payment
a. There is no minimum order, unless otherwise advised.
b. There is no delivery charge for items delivered by our standard delivery partners. Carriage may be payable for other delivery methods.
c. Delivery of ordered goods will be via courier to your address on the booking form.
d. Payment for goods will be through the website secure payment channel.
4. Claims
a. In the event of any delivery issues you should contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
5. VAT
a. All WSP (Wholesale Selling Prices) are displayed including VAT. Currently VAT is 20%. if it should change, invoicing and the price will be amended on any outstanding orders.
b. All RRP (Recommended Retail Prices) are including VAT.
c. POR% (Profit on Return) is calculated excluding VAT.
d. Our VAT Number is GB 243723178.
6. Product Disclaimer
a. The product image and summary details on BetterRetailing Marketplace may differ on occasions. It is for information and illustration purposes only.
b. We take every care in supplying accurate information in the summary of the product, BetterRetailing Marketplace will not be liable for any unintentional inaccuracies. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are purchasing before ordering.

b. Returns are not permitted. The only exceptions to this may be due to product recall or faulty goods.

d. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms at any time. If you order Products after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. To assist you in determining whether these Terms have changed since your most recent order we will display the date upon which these Terms were last amended.
